- Confirmation of the Minutes of the previous Annual Meeting (Sept. 2, 2017) and consideration of any business arising therefrom.
- Receive the President’s Report.
- Approval of the Financial Statements – May 1, 2017 to April 30, 2018.
- Approval and ratification of the actions of the Officers and Directors of SCOI for 2017.
- Appointment of person to conduct 2018-19 financial review.
- Report on the Saugeen Cottagers Endowed Fund.
- Election of 4 members to the Board of Directors.
- Election of a member of the Board as President.
- Other business.
- Adjournment followed by a meeting of the Board of Directors.
