The South Sauble Cottage Association
Who We Are
The South Sauble Association proudly represents cottage members leasing land along the famous South Sauble Beach area.
More specifically, our members have cottages in the area extending South to North from French Bay Road to Main St. (downtown Sauble) and from the Southampton Parkway to the Beach.
We are one of the four cottage owners’ associations that make up the umbrella organization of SCOI.
Where We Are
Our area encompasses approximately 400 plus lots with some of the first established cottages in the region.
Acclaimed as the “best” beach in Ontario our members enjoy some of the most fun loving, family days that the region can offer.
With 3.5 km of perfect sand and waterfront, our members enjoy the thrill of walking, cycling or running on the beach as well as enjoying gorgeous sunsets.
When and Where We Meet
Annual General meeting is on Saturday August 5, 10AM at Sauble Beach Community Centre, Community Centre Drive.
Our Mission
- To be your advocacy representative with the Saugeen First Nation #29
- To offer optional winter patrol service (see below)
- Help to protect the beauty and responsible treatment of the beach park area
Winter Patrol Service
Our optional winter patrol (available to members only) provides a “peace” of mind service during the off season.
As a member, when you chose this service, the exterior of your cottage, including doors will be checked 14 times. You will be notified of snow overloading, break-ins or other visible damages.
