There are 15 cottages that have special Beach Access Cards and may use the beach to access their cottages. With the water so high this may still be feasible for a few but not all. We are aware of a small number that are still able to get to their cottages and ask others to be understanding when they do so.
For most of the others in the group of 15 they have had to make some temporary parking arrangements with neighbours. We are actively engaged in trying to find better and more long term solutions. Understandably, each situation is unique and has its own set of challenges.
We are also working on getting garbage collection reinstated for those 15 cottages.

Thank you for all your hard work. It isreassuring to know that the band is seeking a permanent solution to the parking issue that beach access only cottages face. One suggestion would be to have marked spots for each cottage affected to avoid the problem of others who have more cars taking the spaces. Thanks again, for your efforts to please everyone.
